Combustion Turbine Generator Systems (Supplied by Company) Each CTG shall be installed and commissioned in accordance with GE procedures. The combustion turbine generator is supplied with a dedicated control system. It contains the unit metering, protective relaying and control switches, and remote and local workstations. The control system provides control functions including: fuel, air and emissions control; sequencing of turbine fuel and auxiliaries for start-up, shutdown and cool down; monitoring of turbine control and auxiliary functions; protection against unsafe and adverse operating conditions. As a minimum the following I/O shall be hardwired between the turbine control system and the DCS. Start/Stop Raise/Lower Speed Raise/Lower Vars Remote MW set point The DCS will interface to the combustion turbine generator control system through a communications data link. The Turbine-generator output electrical power (active and reactive) will be monitored and controlled. (Power meters are provided by GE as part of the CTG packages). The CTG is also designed to normally operate at full load. The DCS logs analog and digital data.   • Generator Subject to the provisions of this Section 29.36, Tenant shall be entitled to install, operate and maintain a generator and any other equipment related thereto, including, without limitation, a fuel system, wiring and shaft space (“Generator”) next to the Building at Tenant’s sole cost and expense (without paying any additional fee or rental to Landlord for the use thereof). Prior to the installation of the Generator, Tenant shall inspect the proposed location to determine a suitable location for the Generator, and Tenant shall submit written plans and specifications relative to the type, size and proposed location (including any proposed screening) of the Generator to Landlord for its review and written approval. Tenant shall be solely responsible for the cost of acquisition, installation, operation, and maintenance of the Generator; and Tenant shall install, maintain and operate the Generator in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, including without limitation, obtaining and maintaining any and all permits, approvals and licenses required to install and operate the Generator by any governmental authority having jurisdiction. Landlord and Tenant agree that, upon the expiration of earlier termination of the Lease Term, Tenant shall not be required to remove the Generator, any associated cabling, wiring and screening or other improvements. Tenant shall not be entitled to grant or assign to any third party (other than a permitted assignee of Tenant’s rights under the Lease or a permitted subtenant relative to the Premises (or a portion thereof)) the right to use the Generator without Landlord’s prior written consent (which consent may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s discretion). Upon reasonable advance notice to Tenant (and provided Landlord reasonably coordinates with Tenant and provides an alternate source of backup generator capacity during said transition), Landlord shall be entitled to cause the Generator to be moved to another location near the Building, at Landlord’s cost and expense. Tenant shall pay all personal property taxes on the Generator. Tenant shall also pay any increases in the real property taxes of the Building due to the installation of the Generator within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice from Landlord which includes proof of such increase in taxes. Tenant’s indemnity obligations under Section 5.4.1.5 of the Lease, relating to the use of Hazardous Materials, shall apply to the use and operation of the Generator. Finally, Tenant’s insurance obligations under Section 10.3 of the Lease shall apply to the Generator.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES A. Landlord shall provide electric power for a combined load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable area for lighting and for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space.

  • Engineering Services The Borrower’s Engineer will provide engineering services covering planning and design, operation of the System, and the supervision and inspection of the construction of the Project. The Borrower’s Engineer will provide to the Department the certificate required by Section 3.4.

  • Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).

  • Emergency Generator Tenant shall have the right to tie into and use the emergency generator to be installed by Landlord as part of the Base Building Work for use by tenants of the Unit (the “Unit Generator”). Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for installing, maintaining, repairing and replacing its connection between the Premises and the Unit Generator, and all associated cabling. Tenant shall be permitted to use up to an average of three (3) xxxxx per square foot of usable area in the Premises from the Unit Generator, and at no time shall Tenant exceed that use limitation with respect to the Unit Generator. Except to the extent that Tenant ties into the Unit Generator as part of the Initial Tenant Work in accordance with the provisions of the Work Letter, installation of such tie-in and any related cabling, conduit and appurtenances will be governed by the applicable provisions of this Lease relating to Tenant Work. Tenant will submit to Landlord at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed installation date Tenant’s proposed plans and specifications relating to the tie-in to the Unit Generator and all associated lines. Tenant may not commence any work to tie into the Unit Generator until it has received Landlord’s prior written approval (not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned) of such plans and specifications. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall comply with all applicable Legal Requirements and Title Matters and Landlord’s reasonable directives relating to the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of such tie-in, including (i) obtaining and maintaining (or causing to be obtained and maintained) and complying with the provisions of all applicable permits relating to the tie into and use of the Unit Generator. Tenant may not use the Unit Generator for any purpose other than solely in connection with Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises for the Permitted Use and in accordance with any applicable permit(s) pertaining to the Unit Generator. Except for permitted subtenants and assignees. Tenant may not use the Unit Generator to serve other occupant(s) of the Development.

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].

  • Plant An electrical generating alternative energy resource facility developed by Producer for which IID shall provide transmission service, as specified in Exhibit(s) II, Transmission Service, and in any subsequent Plant Amendments.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Building Services To install, use and maintain through the Premises, pipes, conduits, wires and ducts serving the Building, provided that such installation, use and maintenance does not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.
