OPERATING CONDITIONS. Developer shall design the Merchant Transmission Facility to operate within the voltage guidelines as specified in Article 9.5. 2. The nominal frequency of the New York State Transmission System is 60 Hz. The frequency may deviate by ± 0.05Hz from the nominal value during normal steady-state conditions. During extreme system disturbances, the system frequency may deviate from the nominal value by ± 0.07Hz. For very extreme disturbances such as system separation, frequency deviations may be ± 1.5Hz. Connecting Transmission Owner typically operates the 345kV AC bus at a higher voltage than 1.0pu. Under infrequent operating conditions the system voltage may be reduced to less than 1.0pu and the system reactive requirements may be such that the Merchant Transmission Facility may reduce import levels during such conditions.
OPERATING CONDITIONS. 6.1 Use of space segment (i) As mentioned in Chapter VII of the license agreement, separate clearances/License shall be obtained by the Licensee directly from the WPC Wing of DoT. (ii) The operation of space segment will be governed by instructions and procedures of Network Operations Control Center (NOCC). (iii) The space segment monitoring charges shall be payable to NOCC by Licensee as per the rates decided by Licensor.

OPERATING CONDITIONS. (1) City shall have the right to approve the number and location of all bars and location of storage space furnished for use by Contractor. Contractor shall acquire no rights to such locations once assigned, and City may require Contractor to move temporary stands and equipment to accommodate the needs of other users of WPCRC. (2) Any and all temporary concession stands shall be of first class quality. Final approval of design and decor rests with City. (3) City shall furnish to Contractor all electricity and water utility service and refuse disposal services without charge.
