Conclusion of Agreement 3.1. The Assignee confirms that it has familiarized itself with the Terms and Conditions of the Portal User and the terms and conditions of the Agreement, understands the rights and obligations arising therefrom and confirms that the terms and conditions thereof conform to the will of the Assignee.
Time for Commencement and Completion The term (Initial Term) of this Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and expire on ______________________, 20___. University will have the option to renew this Agreement for _______ (___) additional ______ (____) year terms (each a Renewal Term). COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT Section 3.01 The Project
Commencement and Completion The Work shall commence on _______________, 20__ and shall be complete in accordance with this Agreement without delay on ______________, 20__. The term “day”, used throughout this Agreement, refers to calendar days. Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for any Permitted Delays. If this Agreement is not signed and returned to the Owner before any work commences, this Agreement will be considered as accepted as presented to the Contractor.
Suspension of unsafe Construction Works (i) Upon recommendation of the Authority’s Engineer to this effect, the Authority may by notice require the Contractor to suspend forthwith the whole or any part of the Works if, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority’s Engineer, such work threatens the safety of the Users and pedestrians.
Application of General Conditions These General Conditions set forth the terms and conditions generally applicable to the Development Grant Agreement to the extent and subject to any modifications set forth in such agreement.”
Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).
Conclusion of the Agreement 1. All offers made by the Freight Forwarder are non-binding.
Conclusion of the contract 1. An Agreement is deemed to be concluded with the Contractor only after the Principal accepts an offer by the Contractor without reservations or if the Principal receives a written order confirmation from the Contractor or if the Contractor commences the provision of the service. If the Contractor issues a written order confirmation, such order confirmation is decisive in terms of content and scope of the Agreement unless expressly negotiated otherwise.
Commencement and Continuation The Contractor shall commence the Project on the date the Contract was signed by the Department (as above) and, subject to Schedule Three, Clause 10.1 shall complete the Project on or before 31 August 2012.
