COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and, subject to the provisions for termination set out in it, (which includes the ability to terminate the hire/service/collection of one or more Units), shall run for the Initial Period and then for consecutive periods each equivalent in time to the Initial Period (an “Extension Period”).
