COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 3.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement will remain in force until the Expiry Date. 3.2 No later than 31st March 2016 (or such later date as the Parties may agree) the Parties may agree to extend the Agreement by a further period or periods of up to three years (an "Extension"). 3.3 Any such Extension shall be on the same or substantially the same terms and conditions as under this Agreement subject to any necessary changes that may be agreed by the Parties.
