COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF SERVICE. 3.1 The Service shall commence on (the "Commencement Date of Service"): • If the Service does not satisfy the specifications within the timeframe for Acceptance, then the date that Acceptance occurs; or • If the Service satisfies the specifications within the timeframe for Acceptance, then: • The Date of Service Required, as stated in the order Form, or in the event that Mango l is unable to provide the Service on the Date of Service Required, the date specified by Mango in writing; Or • The date the Customer Accepts the Service, whichever is earlier as the case may be.
