Commencement Date and Term of Employment. 3.1 The term of employment under this Agreement shall commence as of July 1, 2022 (the “Commencement Date”), and shall, unless extended as hereinafter provided, terminate with the close of business on June 30, 2025, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms hereof (the “Term of Employment”).
