Commencement & Effective Date. Employee shall commence his services hereunder at 12:01 a.m. Pacific daylight savings time on October 5, 2020 or such earlier date upon which the City Manager and Employee may mutually agree, and in either event such date will also be deemed the effective date of this Agreement (“Effective Date”).
