Annual Salary Review. Unless prohibited by law, the Employer shall provide the Union with the results of salary and benefits comparative surveys for bargaining unit positions upon the completion of such studies.
Annual Salary Review. Annual Salary Review. Company’s Board of Directors and Compensation Committee will review Employee’s salary level on an annual basis and may elect, on the basis of such review, to increase Employee’s base annual salary; but any such increase in Employee’s Salary will be made solely at the discretion of Company’s Board of Directors.
