FLSA Exempt Status. EMPLOYEE acknowledges and agrees that the City Manager position is that of an exempt employee of the CITY for the purposes of the FLSA.
FLSA Exempt Status. Employees hired into a bargaining unit position after the effective date of this 2020 Agreement into positions determined by the Employer to be FLSA exempt positions (“exempt employees”) are not eligible for overtime compensation. New positions added to the bargaining unit will be evaluated to determine FLSA status.
