Common use of Commencement of Development Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Development. 5.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within two years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law. 5.3.2 For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean the issuance of a Development Permit for the accessory building (“proposed greenhouse”) devoted to the plant nursery. 5.3.3 For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under Section 4.1, if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiry of the commencement of development time period.

Commencement of Development. 5.3.1 7.3.1 For the purpose of this Section, commencement of development shall mean installation of the footings and foundation for the proposed building 7.3.2 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within two five (5) years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law. 5.3.2 For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean the issuance of a Development Permit for the accessory building (“proposed greenhouse”) devoted to the plant nursery. 5.3.3 7.3.3 For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under Section 4.1, 6.1 if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiry of the commencement of development time period.

Commencement of Development. 5.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within two years three (3) year from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law. 5.3.2 For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean the issuance of a Development an Occupancy Permit for the accessory building (“proposed greenhouse”) devoted to the plant nurserya day care facility for not more than 18 children in conjunction with a single unit dwelling. 5.3.3 For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under Section 4.13.1, if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiry of the commencement of development time period.

Commencement of Development. 5.3.1 7.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within two years one (1) year from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law. 5.3.2 7.3.2 For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean the issuance receipt of an application by the Municipality for a Development Permit for the accessory building (“proposed greenhouse”) devoted to the plant nurserySalvage Yard. 5.3.3 7.3.3 For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under Section 4.16.1, if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiry of the commencement of development time period.

Commencement of Development. 5.3.1 6.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within two years six (6) months from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law. 5.3.2 6.3.2 For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean the issuance of when a permit application has been submitted and accepted as complete by HRM Development Permit Services for the accessory building (“proposed greenhouse”) devoted to the plant nurseryfraternal centre. 5.3.3 6.3.3 For the purpose of this section, Council may consider granting an extension of the commencement of development time period through a resolution under Section 4.15.1(a), if the Municipality receives a written request from the Developer at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiry of the commencement of development time period.
