Common use of Commencement of Seniority Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Seniority. Seniority shall commence upon an employee’s successful completion of the probationary period set forth in Section 1.1A. and be retroactive to the employee’s most recent date of hire. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.
