Employee Review. The Employee shall be given an opportunity to review the documents, if any, upon which the intended disciplinary action is based. A copy of said documents shall be given the employee with the notice of the intended disciplinary actions.
Employee Review. The contents of employee personnel records shall be made available to the employee for inspection and review at reasonable intervals during the regular business hours of the County.
Employee Review. The employee also shall be given the opportunity to review the documents or materials upon which the proposed disciplinary action is based, and, if practicable, he or she shall be supplied with a copy of all such documents/material.
Employee Review. The employee shall be given an opportunity to review the documents or other evidence upon which the intended disciplinary action is based. A copy of said documents and/or evidence shall be given the employee provided the employee requests them in writing within three (3) working days after receipt of the written notice, or if personal delivery is not practicable, then within seven (7) working days after the mailing of said written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the employee’s last known address.

Employee Review. You acknowledge that you have reviewed the contents of this Agreement and fully understands its terms. You acknowledge that you are fully aware of your right to the advice of counsel, and that you understand the potentially adverse interest of the parties with respect to this Agreement. You further acknowledge that no representations have been made with respect to income or other tax or other consequences of this Agreement to you and that you have been advised of the importance of seeking independent advice of counsel with respect to such consequences.
Employee Review. 15.5.1 The employee shall have the opportunity to read the evaluation, receive a copy, and have the opportunity to respond in writing if he/she so desire.
Employee Review. Each employee shall have the right to inspect and review any official record relating to his/her performance as an employee or to a grievance concerning the employee which is kept or maintained by the County. The contents of such records shall be made available to the employee for inspection and review at reasonable intervals during the regular business hours of the County. The employee's designated representative may also review the personnel file with specific written authorization from the employee.
Employee Review. By executing this Agreement, Employee represents and covenants that he has carefully read each and every term and provision contained in this Agreement in its entirety, that Employee has had an opportunity to discuss the provisions of this Agreement with an attorney, that Employee understands, accepts and agrees to be bound by each and every term and provision of this Agreement and that Employee has executed this Agreement knowingly, voluntarily and without any duress, compulsion or undue influence.
Employee Review. Employees and/or their Association representative if authorized by the employee shall have the right, upon request, to review the contents of their personnel file(s) pursuant to the Illinois Employees Records Act.
