Commencement of the Dispute Resolution Procedure. If a Dispute arises, either the Executive or the Company (either a "Party" or together the "Parties") may initiate the Dispute Resolution Procedure by giving written notice of the Dispute to the other Party (the "Notice of Dispute"). The Notice of Dispute shall contain a brief statement of the nature of the Dispute, set out the relief requested, and request that the Dispute Resolution Procedure of this Section 7 be commenced.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure 21.1 All disputes or grievances arising between the Parties shall as far as practical be resolved at the workplace level through consultation. Accordingly the following procedure must be followed:
