Commencing and Ceasing Times. The commencing and ceasing times within the spread of hours mentioned above and meal period applying will be determined by operational needs. Employee’s personal circumstances will be discussed and considered wherever practicable. Appropriate notice will be provided to enable employees to make suitable arrangements.
