Commercial Financial Examination, Etc. The Administrative Agent shall have received, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, a commercial finance examination of CAI and its Subsidiaries, and any such additional appraisal reports or other reports or certifications as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request. Without limiting the generality of the provisions of §14.4, for purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this §11, each Lender that has signed this Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the proposed Closing Date specifying its objection thereto.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

All decisions with respect to the conduct of the tax examination shall be made by the Party conducting the examination.
