Commercial General Liability and Automobile Insurance. Immediately upon the City's issuance of the Notice to Proceed, Co-Applicant shall obtain, andshall thereafter maintain during the term of this Partnership Agreement, commercial general liability insurance and automobile liability insurance as required toinsure Co-Applicant against damages forpersonal injury, including accidental death, as well as from claims for property damage, which may arise from or which may concern operations by anyone directly or indirectly employed by, connected with, or acting for or on behalf of Co-Applicant. The City, and its officers, employees and agents, shall be named as additional insureds under the Co-Applicant's insurance policies.

Commercial General Liability and Automobile Insurance. All commercial general liability and automobile insurance policies shall have liability limits in amounts not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit of liability for bodily injury, including death and property damage in any one occurrence. Said policies of insurance shall be in effect for the term of this Agreement and include coverage for all operations performed for SSCAFCA by the Consultant. Consultant shall provide with the Certificate of Insurance an endorsement from their policy showing the Consultant carries Additional Insured coverage.

To the extent the Licensee does not require its subcontractors to maintain the insurance coverage specified in this Section, the Licensee shall, at its own cost, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City, its affiliates and their officers, directors, agents, employees, assigns, and successors in interest, from and against any and all liability, damages, losses, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, including attorney’s fees and expenses, or any of them, arising out of or in connection with the performance or non-performance of the work of any subcontractor, or their officers, directors, employees or agents to the extent that the City would have been protected.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance Business Automobile Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall name the other Parties, their parents, associated and Affiliate companies and their respective directors, officers, agents, servants and employees ("Other Party Group") as additional insured.
