Common use of COMMERCIAL-IN-CONFIDENCE Clause in Contracts

COMMERCIAL-IN-CONFIDENCE. All personnel employed by the Contractor on this Contract will, in accordance with DEFCON 531, be required to treat as COMMERCIAL-IN-CONFIDENCE any Government owned or third party information to which they have access during the course of the Agreement. The Contractor will not, by virtue of this Agreement, gain any rights in such information.
