Consultative Committees. 15.1 In relation to matters of general interest to the NTPS, the parties to this Agreement agree to utilise the PSCC established under the PSEM Act.
Consultative Committees. (1) The parties agree that employees should be consulted about decisions which may affect their employment or welfare, and that meaningful consultation with affected employees leads to improved organisational outcomes.
Consultative Committees. This clause notes the: • Role of the Public Sector Consultative Council (which is established under the PSEM Act and its regulations) for the discussion of matters of general interest for the NTPS; • Education Consultative Committee, which is referenced in Schedule 3 of the proposed enterprise agreement; and • Capacity to establish workplace consultative committees in workplaces with more than 10 employees. This is clause 13 in the current agreement.
Consultative Committees. 10.1 There will be a National Consultative Committee and Meat Consultative Committee to discuss and consult on:
Consultative Committees. (1) Consultative Committees may be established, to advise and make recommendations to the Company on the issues mentioned in this clause and other issues as agreed. The terms of reference of the committees will be determined by the Company.
Consultative Committees. The parties to this Agreement are committed to consultative and participative processes. Council will maintain a Consultative Committee consistent with the requirements of the Local Government (State) Award Clause 32.
Consultative Committees. 27.1 The parties to the Agreement are committed to a collaborative effective working relationship to enhance workplace efficiency and productivity.
Consultative Committees. The consultative committees where appropriate will function in a proactive way and be responsible for analysing and addressing areas that improve effectiveness and are related to the scope of operations and works performed by the Company. The Consultative Committee shall be formed by equal representation from Management and Employees. The scope or work undertaken by the Consultative Committees shall be broad in its charter and will include, but not be restricted to, the following areas; ▪ Creating job re-design and flexible work methods to enhance productivity and efficiency; ▪ Developing team based work; ▪ Developing an open and participative management culture; ▪ Ensuring dissemination of knowledge, experience and skills at all Levels; ▪ Developing training initiatives; ▪ Developing quality assurance across all areas of the Company's operations; ▪ Participating in project planning and developing measures for productivity and efficiency outcomes; ▪ The employees may request that an employees representative (who is not an employee of the Company) to attend Consultative Committee Meetings.
Consultative Committees. 14.1 Either party may request an annual joint consultative committee to discuss general employment related issues relevant to Jacana Energy.
Consultative Committees. 8.1.2.1. It is recognised by the parties that in order to achieve the objectives above and the principals contained at the beginning of this agreement, proper and direct lines of communication are required.
