Consultative Committees. (1) The parties agree that employees should be consulted about decisions which may affect their employment or welfare, and that meaningful consultation with affected employees leads to improved organisational outcomes.

Consultative Committees. The consultative committees where appropriate will function in a proactive way and be responsible for analysing and addressing areas that improve effectiveness and are related to the scope of operations and works performed by the Company. The Consultative Committee shall be formed by equal representation from Management and Employees.
