Commercialization Reporting. Every year within [***] of the anniversary of the Effective Date after Regulatory Approval is granted, MirnaRx shall provide to Marina Bio written report setting out a reasonably detailed summary of efforts and progress of the Commercialization program on Licensed Product in the Field of Use since the last report, including a summary of marketing results.

Commercialization Reporting. On each yearly anniversary of the Effective Date, Licensee shall issue to Caltech a detailed written report on its progress in introducing commercial Licensed Product(s). Commercialization Reporting. Every year within [***] days of the anniversary of the Effective Date after Regulatory Approval is granted on a particular Licensed Product, ProNAi shall provide a written report to Marina and the Parties shall meet by teleconference to discuss the efforts and progress of the Commercialization program on such Licensed Product in the Field of Use during the previous year, including a summary of marketing results. The information communicated in such reports and at such meetings shall be deemed to be ProNAi’s Confidential Information.
Commercialization Reporting. Licensee will keep the JSC regularly informed about all of Licensee’s efforts to commercialize Licensed Product, including progress towards meeting the goals and milestones in the Commercialization Plan, significant developments in such Commercialization efforts, any reasons for any deviations or variances (either in time or in sales or other numerical figures) in meeting sales projections, milestones or timelines in the Commercialization Plan, and any proposed changes in its marketing strategies. Such disclosures will be made in a written report provided to Company at least annually for as long as Licensed CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED AS TO CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THIS DOCUMENT. EACH SUCH PORTION, WHICH HAS BEEN OMITTED HEREIN AND REPLACED WITH THREE ASTERISKS (***), HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION. Products are being sold in one (1) or more of the ***.
Commercialization Reporting. Impax shall provide to AstraZeneca not later than [***] after [***], a report setting forth in reasonable detail the Commercialization activities it has performed, or caused to be performed, during the applicable reporting period evaluating the work performed in relation to the applicable Commercialization Plan, including [***].

After the First Commercial Sale of Products by CENTREXION, its Affiliate or Sublicensee, CENTREXION shall furnish BII with Calendar Quarterly reports of (i) all of its sales of Products and (ii) a summary of its Commercialization activities performed in at least each Major Market Country under this Agreement. Each such Calendar Quarterly report shall (i) be furnished to BII within [***] after the end of the Calendar Quarter to which it relates; and (ii) state the total sales of the Products, broken down by country and by Product, during the Calendar Quarter, the Net Sales derived by CENTREXION, its Affiliates and Sublicensees from such sales, and the Royalties and milestone payments, if any, payable by CENTREXION to BII with respect to such Net Sales.

All information and reports provided to BioInvent pursuant to this Section 6.3 shall be treated as Confidential Information of CASI hereunder.
