Specify any Commercially Sensitive Information of the Supplier and the duration for which it should be confidential. Notwithstanding the designation of any such information as Commercially Sensitive Information, if the information would not be exempt under FOIA or the EIRs the Customer may publish it under Clause 34.5.2 (Freedom of Information) and/or Clause 34.4 (Transparency).
