Commission And Rank Advancement Process Explanation Sample Clauses

Commission And Rank Advancement Process Explanation. When a Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant achieves a new rank/title, the commission rates associated to that new rank/title (calculated at midnight CST) will take effect from the next day through the end of the calendar month the advancement occurred. Any sales that occurred earlier in that month will have the commissions calculated and applied for them at the time of advancement. Commission levels are reset at the beginning of each month and need to be re-earned. Here is an example: Xxxx Xxx, a Senior Mixologist, has PV of $150 and GV of $12,000 on June 15th. The night of June 15th, Xxxx will receive notice that she has been promoted to Master Mixologist, and she will receive a one-time Advancement Bonus of $750 added to her available credit. Xxxx will also receive commissions related to all of the sales she had from the 1st through the 15th and any applicable downline commissions. Starting the morning of June 16th, Xxxx will start earning commissions at the Master Mixologist level for all personal and group sales. She will earn these commissions through the remainder of June. At the beginning of July, Xxxx's commission rates will be reset to 0; however, she will not lose her rank/title and will still be a Master Mixologist. At the end of July, it is determined that Xxxx has a PV of $110 but her GV is only $750. This means that Xxxx is no longer a commission qualified Master Mixologist. Her title will remain as Master Mixologist, but the commissions she earned for July were at the Mixologist level. This means her Downline Commission will be reduced for the month of July.
