Commission Grievance. The Commission shall have 15 days following the date of occurrence to submit a Policy Grievance. It shall be submitted to the Unit Chairperson. The Union will hear the grievance at its next regularly scheduled monthly meeting. A written response will be provided by the Union within five days of the hearing.
