Common use of COMMISSIONING CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

COMMISSIONING CONSULTANT. A person or firm engaged by the Authority to provide building commissioning services, including advisory services during design and construction.

COMMISSIONING CONSULTANT. A person or firm engaged by the Authority Owner to provide building commissioning services, including advisory services during design and construction.

COMMISSIONING CONSULTANT. A a person or firm engaged by the Authority to provide building commissioning services, including advisory services during design and construction. CONTRACT – this Contract, inclusive of all Attachments, between the Owner and the Owner’s Project Manager; all written amendments to this Contract; and all Approvals issued pursuant to this Contract. CONTRACTOR or GENERAL CONTRACTOR – the person or firm with whom the Owner has contracted to perform the construction forthis Project.
