Common use of Commitment Commission Clause in Contracts

Commitment Commission. (a) The Company agrees to pay the Administrative Agent a commitment commission ("Commitment Commission") for the account of each Bank for the period from and including the Closing Date to but not including the date the Total Commitments have been terminated, computed at a rate equal to 1/2% per annum on the daily average Unutilized Commitment of such Bank. Accrued Commitment Commission shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with June 30, 1998 and on the Revolving Loan Commitment Termination Date, based on the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 360 days.

Accrued Commitment Commission shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, December commencing with June 30, 1998 December 1996 and on the Revolving Loan Commitment Termination Date, based on the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 360 days.

Accrued Commitment Commission Commissions shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with June 30, 1998 1997, and on the Revolving Loan Commitment Termination Date, Maturity Date based on the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 360 days.
