Commitment of Regular Part-Time Nurses. D.1 Regular part-time nurses shall be available for work on the following basis: (a) must be available for a pre-scheduling of at least three (3) seven and one- half (7 ½) hour tours or two (2) eleven and one-quarter (11 ¼) tours per week; (b) must be available for scheduling two (2) weekends in three (3); (c) must be available for scheduling on five (5) paid holidays; (d) must be available for scheduling either at Christmas or New Year's.
