Common use of Committee Composition and Participation Clause in Contracts

Committee Composition and Participation. A. A statewide LMCC will be comprised of up to one (1) Agency representative and one (1) employee representative from each facility. Additional staff of the Union and SHR/LRS may also attend. If agreed to by the parties, additional representatives may be added. Committee meetings will be conducted annually unless agreed otherwise.
