Committee Meeting. 1. The Committee shall meet within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt by all Parties or Signatory Parties of the request referred to in Article 6. 2. The Parties or Signatory Parties shall be deemed to have received the request five (5) days after the date of issuance by the Committee.
