Purpose and Function. (i) The Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee shall attend and participate in the meetings of the Finance Committee as specified at Section 4.08(g). (ii) The Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee shall be authorized to participate in proceedings in the MDL 926 Court and/or meetings with the MDL 926 Claims Administrator related to the functions, procedures and operations of the MDL 926 Claims Office and the Revised Settlement Program. The Tort Claimants’ Committee or the Claimants’ Advisory Committee (as appropriate) and Dow Corning or the Reorganized Dow Corning shall seek any necessary orders permitting the Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee to participate in such MDL proceedings. (iii) The Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee shall be authorized to advise and assist the Settlement Facility, Claims Administrator, Finance Committee, Litigation Facility, Financial Advisor, and Independent Assessor regarding all matters of mutual concern and as further specified herein or in the Litigation Facility Agreement or in any other Plan Documents. (iv) The Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee shall be provided with copies of all reports, projections, motions, pleadings, or other similar documents concerning the activities of the Settlement Facility. (v) The Claimants’ Advisory Committee and/or the Debtor’s Representatives may file a motion or take any other appropriate actions to enforce or be heard in respect of the obligations in the Plan and in any Plan Document.

Purpose and Function. The purpose of the agreement is to provide for the cooperative and coordinated investigations of law enforcement-involved fatalities or serious injury incidents, major crimes, or other serious incidentsspecial requests within Xxxxx and Skamania Counties, as is authorized by RCW 39.34 and RCW 10.93. Each Department should establish their own guideline as to when and if they will request assistance from RMCT. The involved agency may investigate the matter by itself or may seek aid from other agencies.
Purpose and Function. The purpose of this committee is to provide a means for continuing communication between the parties and to promote a climate of constructive employee-employer understandings in an effort to promote positive relations between the participants. Decisions by the committee shall be made by consensus and not by voting. If mutual decisions cannot be found, the issue may revert to more traditional approaches, e.g. grievance, bargaining, etc.
Purpose and Function. 2.1. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for the creation and administration of a single, functionally consolidated Southwest Washington Regional S.W.A.T. Team (“SWWR SWAT”), including SWAT K9, Tactical Emergency Medical Support Team (“TEMS”), and Crisis Negotiating Team (“CNT”), as is authorized by RCW 39.34 and RCW 10.93, and in conjunction with the Master Agreement between the parties.
Purpose and Function. (1) The Committee would address changes initiated by the District or by the WITA which affect the terms and conditions of employment of teachers in West Irondequoit and would otherwise be prohibited by the provisions of the existing agreement between the parties, e.g., changes in the teacher work day which might be different from the day spelled out in the contract. (2) The Committee would be in addition to and would not replace existing vehicles for discussion and cooperation currently in existence, e.g., District Curriculum Council. (3) The Committee is not designed or developed to, in any way, affect or prohibit the District and the Board of Education from instituting any curriculum changes, additions, or other rights specifically delegated to the District by Education Law, regulations and other decisions having the force and effect of law or not specifically prohibited by the contract. (4) The agenda of changes to be considered by the committee will be agreed to by the Superintendent of Schools and the President of the Teachers’ Association in September and June of each school year. Additions to the list may be made by both parties upon mutual agreement at any time before or after these dates. (5) Any plan developed by the Partnership for Change is experimental in nature itself and shall exist collaterally for the term of the agreement and shall expire unless extended by the parties.

Purpose and Function. The Program Manager will establish, organize, and direct the Implementation Office. To ensure that the commitments reflected in the BDCP are carried out in a timely and efficient manner, the Program Manager, through the Implementation Office, will institute processes and procedures to adequately address planning, budgeting, sequencing, and scheduling needs related to Plan implementation. The Implementation Office will function with a significant level of independence from its member entities. However, the Program Manager and the Implementation Office staff will work closely with these entities on a range of matters, particularly with respect to actions that affect water operations, and will be responsive to the Authorized Entity Group, regardless of the entity through which the Program Manager and the Implementation Office staff have established employment relationships. In addition, for those activities involving functions that, under State and federal law, cannot be delegated (e.g., water operations, water contracting, procurement, expenditures of State and federal funds), the Program Manager will coordinate with the appropriate designated State or federal official to ensure that the necessary function is carried out. The Program Manager will also, to the extent appropriate, solicit input from the Stakeholder Council on a range of implementation matters. Specifically, under the direction of the Program Manager, the Implementation Office shall assume responsibility for the implementation of a broad range of actions, as identified in Chapter 7, including:  Oversight and coordination of administration of program funding and resources.  Preparation of annual budgets and work plans.  Establishment of procedures and approaches to implement Plan actions.  Planning, oversight, and implementation of actions set out in the Conservation Measures.  Technical and logistical support to the Adaptive Management Team with respect to the administration of the Adaptive Management and Monitoring Program.  Coordination with Delta-wide governance entities, including the Delta Stewardship Council, the Delta Science Program, and the Delta Conservancy.  Implementation of public outreach program.  Fulfillment of compliance monitoring and reporting requirements, including the preparation of annual reports.  Reporting, at least on an annual basis, to the Delta Stewardship Council on the status of Plan implementation, including on matters related to the adaptive management ...
