Committee Operating Procedure. The work location safety officer will coordinate meetings of the work location health and safety committee at each work location. The committee shall meet at least quarterly each fiscal year. The committee members will determine the operating procedures for the committee; however, a written record of each meeting will be maintained and a copy of the minutes of each meeting shall be provided to the LRCEA President at the time the minutes are distributed to committee members.
