Committee Responsibility. The committee’s responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, approval of individual professional development plans to be used for license/certificate renewal. The committee shall also have the responsibility for preapproval of all activities, CEU and course work that is to be used for license/certificate renewal. The LPDC shall have no authority to make any decision contrary to any provision of the Negotiated Master Agreement. The LPDC shall have no authority to make any decision requiring the expenditure of funds without the prior approval of the Superintendent.
