COMMITTEE TO REVIEW EVALUATION PROCEDURES. A joint committee of District Administrators and NWEA appointed members shall collaborate to make a recommendation to the Board regarding member evaluation handbook. Each member shall receive a copy of the instrument prior to the first evaluation observation. Evaluation procedures shall be consistent with ORS provisions, but will include a process for improvement and assistance.
