Committee. (a) There shall be a committee to address the planning of professional development initiatives for nurses as described in Article 9.01. This committee shall include representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and another, a Human Resources representative; and of the Union, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. The membership of the Committee may be adjusted by mutual agreement, but at least fifty (50%) percent will be elected by the Union membership.
