Common use of Committee Clause in Contracts

Committee. A Committee will be formed to consult on matters of Safety and Health, the employee Assistance Program, and other matters of mutual interest. The Committee shall be comprised of equal representation of the Union and the Employer, with each party choosing their respective representatives.
