Commodity Specifications and Standards. The Commodity Specifications and Standards are based on the known needs of Eligible Users and best information available to the Department at the time the Commodity Specifications and Standards were created. The following specifications and standards form a part of the overall Technical Specifications except as modified or noted herein. All Commodities, including all Base Equipment; OEM Options, Accessories, & Implements; OEM & Replacement Parts; and their respective features, equipment, and components, shall individually and jointly comply with the following:
