COMMON. Educational leave shall be governed by the provisions of Board of Management Edu- cation Leave Policy as amended from time to time. (Schedule Subject to operational requirements and the needs of the Department, the Employer shall endeavour to ensure that attendance at conferences and seminars will be distributed in a fair and reasonable manner.
