Common use of COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES Clause in Contracts

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES. A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between any Issuer and any holders of Notes or Coupons and any of the Paying Agents shall be sent to the Agent by the relevant Paying Agent and the Agent shall forthwith promptly deliver a copy of any such communication to the relevant Issuer.

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES. A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between any Issuer the Issuer, the Guarantor and any holders of Notes the Noteholders or Coupons Couponholders and any of the Paying Agents (other than the Agent) shall be sent to the Agent by the other relevant Paying Agent and the Agent shall forthwith promptly deliver a copy of any such communication to the relevant IssuerAgent.

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES. A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between any Issuer and any holders of Notes Notes, Receipts or Coupons and any of the Paying Agents shall be sent to the Agent by the relevant Paying Agent and the Agent shall forthwith promptly deliver a copy of any such communication to the relevant Issuer.

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES. A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between any the Issuer and any holders of Notes or Coupons and any of Paying Agent (other than the Paying Agents Agent) shall be sent to the Agent by the relevant Paying Agent and the Agent shall forthwith promptly deliver a copy of any such communication to the relevant IssuerAgent.

A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between any the Issuer and any holders of Notes or Coupons and any of the Paying Agents (other than the Agent), the Transfer Agent, the Exchange Agent or the Registrar shall be sent to the Agent by the relevant Paying Agent and the Agent shall forthwith promptly deliver a copy of any such communication to the relevant IssuerAgent.

A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between any Issuer and any holders of Notes the Obligors, the Issuers, the Guarantors or Coupons the relevant Issuer, as the case may be, the Trustee and any of the Paying Agents (other than the Agent) shall be sent to the Agent by the relevant other Paying Agent and the Agent shall forthwith promptly deliver a copy of any such communication to the relevant IssuerAgent.
