Common use of COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS Clause in Contracts

COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS. The Agencies may mutually agree to allow one another the use of communication systems such as radio frequencies, computer system access, data transmission lines, and communication sites when there is mutual benefit to the Agencies. Such agreement shall be approved only by authorized personnel for each Agency and will be documented in the AOPs.
