At least 23.0% of adults, children, and youth authorized into ATTACHMENT A01 PERFORMANCE CONTRACT NOTEBOOK (MH/PCN), VERSION 1 LOC-0 shall be authorized into a FLOC, as defined in Information Item C, incorporated by reference and posted at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business- hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health-services-providers/behavioral-health-provider- resources/community-mental-health-contracts, or LOC-5 within 14 calendar days of closure from LOC-0.
