  • Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

  • City Property All original documents, drawings, electronic media, and other materials prepared by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement immediately become the exclusive property of the CITY, and shall not be used by CONTRACTOR for any other purpose without the CITY’s prior written consent.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes.   • Partnership Working 7.1 Partnerships will be supported by local authorities on four levels between:

The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.
