The purpose of this reporting information is to provide information to the community on positive progress of your initiatives.

Community Reporting. The funds provided for in this LOA are being disbursed to You as a result of a collaborative community process to determine how to invest funds for RHIP projects. As a result, You agree to provide the Central Oregon Health Council (or designee) updates on the status of Your RHIP project; such reporting times shall be mutually agreeable to You, and the Central Oregon Health Council. Please adhere to these reporting timelines upon agreeing to receive this funding. Please complete and upload this LOA to our grant platform as soon as possible.   • SEC Reporting and Compliance (a) Parent filed a registration statement on Form SB-2 under the Securities Act which became effective on February 1, 2002 and was not withdrawn, and a registration statement on Form 10-SB under the Exchange Act, which became effective on October 15, 2001. Since October 15, 2001 and except as set forth on Schedule 3.8, Parent has timely filed with the Commission all registration statements, proxy statements, information statements and reports required to be filed pursuant to the Exchange Act. Parent has not filed with the Commission a certificate on Form 15 pursuant to Rule 12h-3 of the Exchange Act.

  • Commission Reporting (a) The Trust Administrator, each Servicer and the Master Servicer shall reasonably cooperate with the Depositor in connection with the Trust’s satisfying the reporting requirements under the Exchange Act. The Trust Administrator shall prepare on behalf of the Depositor any Forms 8-K and 10-K customary for similar securities as required by the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder, and the Depositor shall sign and the Trust Administrator shall file (via XXXXX) such Forms on behalf of the Depositor. The Depositor hereby grants to the Trust Administrator a limited power of attorney to execute and file each such document on behalf of the Depositor. Such power of attorney shall continue until the earlier of (i) receipt by the Trust Administrator from the Depositor of written termination of such power of attorney and (ii) the termination of the Trust.

  • Regulatory Reporting Ultimus agrees to provide reports to the federal and applicable state authorities, including the SEC, and to the Funds’ Auditors. Applicable state authorities are those governmental agencies located in states in which the Fund is registered to sell shares.

  • Reporting Compliance The Company is subject to, and is in compliance in all material respects with, the reporting requirements of Section 13 and Section 15(d), as applicable, of the Exchange Act.

  • Annual Reporting Within 90 days after the close of each of its respective fiscal years, audited, unqualified consolidated financial statements (which shall include balance sheets, statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows) for Provider for such fiscal year certified in a manner acceptable to the Agent by independent public accountants acceptable to the Agent.
