Reporting Timelines. (a) The Vendor will provide regular, scheduled reports according to Attachment E-1 Re- ports Schedule.
(b) DIR may assess tailored remedies, as allowed under Exhibit B, Terms and Condi- tions, Section 11.02 if the Vendor fails to produce and submit all required reports ac- cording to the schedule provided in this Exhibit.

Reporting Timelines. The sponsor has 7 days to report death and life-threatening SUSARs to EudraVigilance and 15 days for other SUSARs. In order to reach the timelines, the sponsor should send CIOMS forms: within 72 h (day 3) after the sponsor has gained knowledge of the SAE if the seriousness criteria is death or life-threatening within 5 calendar days after the sponsor has gained knowledge of the SAE for other seriousness criteria The Processor will then ensure reporting into EudraVigilance within applicable timelines.
