In addition to signing the application for eInvoice access, by selecting the ‘I accept’ option at the end of these Terms and Conditions the Customer and each eInvoice Authorised User agrees that, when using the eInvoice site, the Customer/eInvoice Authorised User is bound by, and will comply with, the Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

For the avoidance of doubt, the exercise by Dell of any its rights pursuant to the Modular Reseller License Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement by Dell.
