Community Stakeholder Collaboration. Grantee shall collaborate with community stakeholders such as National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Education Service Centers (ESCs), Prevention Resource Centers (PRCs), School Health Advisory Councils (SHACs) and Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs), to prevent duplication of prevention services.
