Community Supports Professional. A Community Supports Professional must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree is not required). If transporting Participants, a Community Supports Professional must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. A Community Supports Professional must have completed all required training as outlined in Appendix E. The Community Supports Professional provides Community Support and Systematic Skill Building services as defined in Appendix D.
