  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better.   • Underground Utilities Any required ground digging or subsurface work shall be done in accordance with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes. It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.

  • Structures Airport facilities such as bridges; culverts; catch basins, inlets, retaining walls, cribbing; storm and sanitary sewer lines; water lines; underdrains; electrical ducts, manholes, handholes, lighting fixtures and bases; transformers; flexible and rigid pavements; navigational aids; buildings; vaults; and, other manmade features of the airport that may be encountered in the work and not otherwise classified herein. 10-50 SUBGRADE.
