COMPANY/CLOSE CORPORATION/TRUST. FORMED In the event of the Purchaser being a company or a close corporation or the trustees for the time being of a trust, the signatory for the Purchaser by his signature hereto binds himself to the Seller as surety and co-principal debtor in solidum for the Purchaser under renunciation of the benefits of the exceptions of excussion and division and cession of action, for the performance by the Purchaser of all the Purchaser's obligations in terms of this agreement.
