PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. 4.2.1 This agreement is subject to the suspensive condition that the Purchaser obtains a loan in the amount as reflected in clause 3.5 above, if any, from a major bank against the security of a first mortgage bond over the Property in favour of such bank. The loan must be approved within 30 (thirty) days after the date of signature of this agreement by the last party signing.

The Auction Company shall then give the cashier’s or certified check to Seller which shall then deposit the funds with the Clerk of the Court.
