COMPANY PLANT AND EQUIPMENT. All company plant and equipment is to be kept in a clean and tidy condition. The employee who is responsible for operating vehicles, plant and equipment is required to report any faults or damage to the employer should such fault or damage render the equipment inoperative either because of breakdown or safety concerns and within 8 hours where it is the employee’s belief that maintenance is required or desirable.
