Inspection of Site. Contractor shall visit sites where Services are to be performed and shall become acquainted with all conditions affecting the Services prior to commencing the Services. Contractor shall make such examinations as it deems necessary to determine the condition of the work sites, its accessibility to materials, workmen and equipment, and to determine Contractor’s ability to protect existing surface and subsurface improvements. No claim for allowances–time or money–will be allowed as to such matters after commencement of the Services.

Inspection of Site. The tenderers are advised to inspect the building and finishes (glass, aluminum composite panel, crystalline glass, Italian marble, granite, tiles, carpets, stainless steel cladding, veneers, laminates etc.) before quoting their rates. It is expected that the tenderers will provide high quality services without damaging the existing finishes provided in the various areas of the premises.
Inspection of Site. The Contractor shall inspect and examine the site and its surrounding and shall satisfy himself before submitting his tender as to the nature of the ground and sub-soils (so far as is practicable), the form and nature of the site, the quantities and nature of work and materials necessary for the completion of the works and the means of access to the site, the accommodation he may require, availability of labour, water, electric power. In general he shall himself obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect his tender. No extra charges consequent on any misunderstanding or otherwise shall be allowed.
Inspection of Site. 1) The Contractor shall be deemed to have inspected the Site prior to the submission of his tender and to have satisfied himself as to the nature of the ground, the access to the Site, the availability of water, electricity and labour and all other factors affecting the execution and completion of the Works and to have allowed for all these factors in preparing his tender. 2) Before making his visit or visits to the Site the Contractor shall obtain the permission of the Director of Works.

The Contractor shall be deemed to have satisfied himself before tendering as to the correctness and sufficiency of his Tender for the construction of the Works and of the rates and prices, which rates and prices shall, except in so far as it is otherwise provided in the Contract, cover all his obligations under the Contract and all matters and things necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Works.

Inspection of Site. In line 17 after “affect his BID” add “and the Contractor shall be deemed to have based his BID on all the aforementioned” Delete the last paragraph completely and replace with the following: “The Employer in no way guarantees completeness nor accuracy of the soil, materials, subsurface and hydrological information made available to the Contractor at the time of BIDing or at any other time during the period of the Contract, and the Contractor shall be responsible for ascertaining for himself all information as aforesaid for the execution of works and his BID shall be deemed to have been priced accordingly.
Inspection of Site. The Employer shall have made available to the Contractor, before the submission by the Contractor of the Tender, such available data on hydrological and hydrographical, results of rock testing, surface soil testing, bore hole data at the proposed terminal locations, as have been obtained by or on behalf of the Employer from investigations undertaken relevant to the Works but the Contractor shall be responsible for his own interpretation thereof. The Contractor acknowledges that it has inspected and examined the Site and its surroundings and information available in connection therewith and to have satisfied himself (so far as is practicable, having regard to considerations of cost and time) before submitting his Tender, as to: a) The form and nature thereof, including the sub-surface conditions, b) The hydrological, hydrographical and climatic conditions, c) The extent and nature of work and materials necessary for the execution and completion of the works and the remedying of any defects therein, and d) The means of access to the site and the accommodation he may require, e) Power, water, fuel and other supplies he may require f) The infrastructure for transportation of men and material along the project corridor g) Market rates of the items in the working country h) Medical facilities and i) General safety & security of project area and j) The Laws, procedures and labour practices of the Country and, in general, shall be deemed to have obtained all necessary information, subject as above mentioned, as to risks, contingencies and all other circumstances which may influence or affect his Tender. The Contractor shall be deemed to have based his Tender on the data made available by the Employer and on his own inspection and examination, all as aforementioned.
